and therefore schools' expansion to these year groups might not happen if the tests haven't been met (and in which case, when will this be announced)?
or are Year R, Year 1 and Year 6 going back irrespective of whether the government's five conditions have been met?
I have tried searching for a definitive answer to this, but either the answer doesn't exist, or I'm being dim. I am aware that the teaching unions have provided their own five tests which they propose should be met before more pupils return to school.
