The boxes have instructions that say to stop the parcels, re-register and select yes to the question "do you have a way of getting essential supplies delivered at the moment" That's the problem, isn't it? You have to say "no" to get on to the supermarket priority delivery slot lists. So if you say "no" to get a supermarket slot, you get a box that you don't need. And if you say "yes" you don't get the box, but you don't get a supermarket slot either.
Yes, as I said earlier in the thread. I now have priority access to both Ocado who I was already a customer of, and Sainsburys who I’ve never used for online shopping. I won’t use the Sainsburys slots obviously, and given I now have access to the food we need I don’t need free rations either. It’s a bit silly.
