Lockdown and agoraphobia

Couldn't think of a better title but I suppose I don't mean full-blown agoraphobia! Is anyone else finding it hard to get out when they have been in (complete) lockdown. I haven't been further than to put the bins out for 3 weeks and the thought of actually going further makes me feel rather strange. Just wondered if anyone else feels the same way and whether, when this lockdown ends, we'll be so used to staying in that going out and getting public transport (!) and travelling around will be anxiety-inducing.

I’ve had the exact conversation with dh.

We are shielding because of dd’s health. We haven’t been out or seen a soul other than our household for 4 weeks now. We have deliveries to the gate and wait for them to leave, then go and collect them. We live rurally so no one walks past our house etc.

I’m not sure when I will ever feel safe to mix again. Whether simple tasks will seem a lot scarier. Whether I’ll ever feel happy going to a supermarket or somewhere busy.
I do think about this a lot. What will happen when we are told we can start to venture out again. I’ve joked to friends that I’ll have agoraphobia. But inside, I know it’s not a joke. I believe I will have issues....
