If you are shielded you shouldn't be eating or sleeping with other people in your household. You ideally shouldn't share a bathroom either, if this can't be avoided then the bathroom needs to be cleaned down after every use.

And hardest of all you should stay 3FT away from other people in your household at all times.

You're also eligible for help with prescriptions and food deliveries.

Sadly it also seems more likely that you'll be asked to consider agreeing to a DNAR.

Am scared to ask what a DNAR is.

So someone being shielded basically is in the high risk group and someone self isolating either has symptoms or lives with someone who has symptoms.
Is that correct?

Do not attempt resuscitation.

Yes - though some people are choosing to self isolate for their own/their family's safety.
