Child vomiting once and mildly raised temperature

So, My DD aged 8 woke up feeling sick and shivery this morning. She vomited once and says she feels better, but looks peaky -- slightly puffy eyes and pale/flushed cheeks.
Her temperature has been between 37.4 and 37.7 which is higher than her usual temperature, but not high enough to class as a fever.
In the past week or so we've only been out of the house for walks and not touched anything whilst out. Her dad and I are both still leaving the house to work occasionally, but the rest of us are well (so far).
I'm thinking it's probably nothing -- she does tend to throw up when anxious or excited.
What do you all think? OK to carry on as we are (social distancing) as long as her temperature doesn't go over 37?

Yes carry on as normal unless it goes over 37.8 , does she seem ok in herself as only you know your DD well enough to know what’s not right for her x

Vomiting is not described as a symptom. A low fever could be due to anything.
It could just be a stomach bug or her own anxiety coming out.

Thank you both, that's what I'm thinking. She seems to feel fine now, but it's kind of hard to tell when we're all hunkered down and the kids are spending lots of time lounging around anyway. I'll keep an eye on her temperature...
