Take reusable if you can. Then you can wash them when you get in.

No. Is it plastic bags from home delivery? Surely we're at the point where most people have reusable bags for shopping now. Can just wash cloth bags or give the large plastic ones a clean with disinfectant.

No. I guess if you're worried you could turn them inside out and then clean them but, if you're happy to clean tins then I can't see why you can't clean the bags. Saves them going into landfill.

The virus lingers for much longer on hard surfaces, so no I am not chucking out bags. Oddboots has a good way round it if you are worried.

Yes - I'm in the extremely vulnerable group. There are only so many bloody items I can clean.

I binned all the ones from home and the new ones I got today, I left in the car and won't touch them for a week until I go shopping again.

Surely you can just put them well out of the way somewhere and use them for bin bags in a couple of weeks. What a waster otherwise.

We just had our first bagged delivery, proper long life bags. I wrapped them up together, put a rubber band around them. Will usethen in the future.

No. I use bags for life and disinfect them. Shop once a week, wash in the bath, peg out in the sunshine. Voila. Smell lovely!

I'm going to just stuff them all together in one bag like I normally do but make sure I dont use them for a while.

The so-called single use ones? Nope, they're perfect for cat litter disposal. The long-life ones I just put away for next week.

We are using trolley bags as normal - no cleaning or disinfecting. They live in the boot of the car for a week between uses.
