Really struggling to keep boisterous toddler occupied

I have an extremely active and boisterous 3.5yr old DS (all very normal I hear you say but I have long suspected that he may have ADHD, we have a family history of it) He does not play independently and has a very short attention span. He loves being out and any kind of gross motor activity such as running, climbing etc. Prior to this CV outbreak his usual routine was nursery for 3 days then toddler groups, soft play, swimming, the park etc for the other days. I’m not exaggerating when I say that we would be out every day he’s not at nursery, he is so much easier to manage when we are out ‘doing’ something. If we would stay home DS would recreate that scene from Flubber where the ball bounces all over the room smashing and destroying things Shock

Of course due to CV we are now unable to do any of the things he is used to doing and I am really struggling with him. I’m 25wks pregnant, DP is a key worker (teacher) so he is still having to work so it’s just me at home all day trying to keep DS entertained. We have a small garden and are out in it every day but DS gets bored so easily, he really only focuses on any game/toy for 5-10mins and only if I am playing along with him. So far I’ve spent the days getting out various different toys which he’ll play with for 5 mins, which I then put away before getting out others. Or setting up activities such as water or sand play which again will only keep him busy for 5 minutes. He is not remotely interested in anything creative or anything that requires him to focus/be still - we have tried painting and baking but again 5mins and he’s done. We are going for walks when we can but this is not active enough for him. DS sleeps well at night but is awake from 6:30am and up for around 13hrs so you can imagine how many 5 minute activities I would need to plan each day, I’m exhausted!
I don’t know how I’ll cope with weeks of this Sad

Sorry this post was so long, I know this is a difficult time for all of us but I’d appreciate any advice, suggestions or tips you may have x

Sounds pretty normal for a three year old. Do you have a trampoline or anything?

We do not have room in our garden for a trampoline Sad
