Working at home too hard

I KNOW I am lucky that I have a job that I can do from home, that my salary is safe and that I am not a nurse/teacher/key worker etc. HOWEVER, that does not change that I just don’t think I can do it!!

I was on the edge of my limits BEFORE coronavirus and struggling to keep up with everything. I feel really panicky at the thought of trying to do this.

I work full time and am a so to 3; 1 of which has SEN and needs A LOT of input/support/attention which she normally gets from school. Another is studying for GCSEs and has dyslexia, so also requires quite a lot of help. I have disabilities/health issues which means that I have chronic pain and fatigue so what I can do in a day is limited. I don’t have reserves. I can’t push through and work in the evenings when kids are asleep. I often don’t have the energy for housework and the house is a tip as it is. Which is quite distressing, now being locked in 24/7

I don’t know what I’m asking, does anyone else feel like this? How are you coping?
