I have reported this to the site admins, but could not see how to report it to FB. It is surely illegal to claim this snake oil is anti-viral?

It would certainly breach advertising regulations and could be dangerous if it lulls people into a false sense of security. If the seller is in the UK, you could try reporting to Trading Standards.

TrickyD · 25/03/2020 16:47

Yes, I have now reported it to Trading Standards, TheMemory.

Good on you!

It's disgusting the way some are trying to profiteer from this and I put scammers and snake oil merchants even lower than people who are bulk buying things to sell on.
