DD has had a dry throat for 2 days and a slight cough no temp (she is 3)

I have had a dry throat for a few days no temp or cough slightly more breathless

DH seems fine

DS yesterday started with really red cheeks and hot to touch, I assumed teething as a sleepless night Monday night! He is 5 months

Woke up at 12.30 and he has a high temp, gave him calpol and it has settled at 38.4, he is also shivering on and of and moaning when he is awake!

Rang 111 waiting for a call back and have been told we have to self isolate now for 2 weeks!

I am worried this is coronavirus, but could also be flu?? We have all had flu jab but obviously he is to young for it!

Realistically, what would you want to happen? If it's not corona you certainly don't want to risk exposure to it byseeing a health proffessional. As long as you all keep breathing normally you should be fine.

Flu and cold arr still virusses that are sweeping through the population as well.

It probably isn’t but you’ve done all you can. Now isolate as advised and monitor the situation.

Just got of the phone to the doctor and he told me to go see my GP in the morning 🙈 his temp has come right down now so guessing it can't be corona virus!
