Worried about DD and lockdown

Teen DD has ADHD and had dealt with depression in the past. She's a massive extrovert and is already immensely struggling at home without seeing her friends. I know in the scheme of things it's extremely unimportant, but without stimulation of some kind her behaviour becomes fairly risky. We live in a two bedroom top floor apartment with no garden. How am I meant to keep her entertained for the foreseeable future? She already barely copes with change. Sorry if I sound me me me but I'm genuinely worried Sad

What kind of thing helps her in usual circumstances?
Seeing friends - can she set up regular facetime slots with friends (or zoom/houseparty/google hangouts etc)

She goes out a lot, seeing friends and out with me, shopping or just wandering round the shops. She's been FaceTiming her friends a lot but it's still not enough for her, she's been crying all night. We've been going on very long walks together to at least break the day up, but now the walks are going to be much, much shorter. She just seems impossible to entertain unless she's around groups of people :(

Maybe a silly suggestion but would it help to have the radio on a lot - would give her that sound of being around people at least? Also I bet there are loads of online chat groups springing up - facebook probably has groups for people wanting to chat?

I'll be vilified for this but tbh if she were my daughter I'd be getting an opinion from a gp about medication for adhd or depression. The circumstances are extraordinary and there's no simple fix.

oliviaskies · 23/03/2020 23:53

MoltonSilver would that even be an option at the moment? she'd have to see a psychiatrist surely, and I'm not sure they're open?

minipie I do make sure I always have music playing - normally her favourite songs so we can dance about a bit. it's just that the days are very long and it's just us two
