A question about lockdown!

So presuming a full lockdown is imminent, I'm desperate for some advice about dd.
She is currently self isolating for 14 days and is totally alone in her uni accommodation as everyone else who should have isolated went home instead Confused
She's only on day 3 and although she is coping brilliantly we are now worried about what happens if there is a lockdown?
Both dh & ds are high risk, so she can't come home until she's done the 14 days but will I be able to go and get her or will she be expected to stay where she is indefinitely?!
She's only 18 and scared Sad

She has been amazing. Her friends actually got together and went out etc before going home but she stuck to advice and stayed in her room. Not easy when all around you are doing nothing!
I think we will sit tight, the longer she is there the better but as soon as we get notice of a full lockdown I will get her and we will have to manage it at home.
Thanks for all the tips for self isolating at home.

You must be very proud of her. She is obviously aware the stakes are high with vulnerable members in her family. It’s a pity her friends didn’t see the same.

I think you’re all doing the right thing. Just keep an eye on the news as I’m sure she is doing and have her ready to go once a lockdown is announced.

@Badskinday thank you so much, yes I am very proud of her. She has behaved so responsibly, she really struggles with anxiety and doesn't cope well being away from me (hence living so close by!) but she is really being amazing about her situation.
We can't wait to have her home!
