Any tips for 1 year old stuck at home with no garden?

With this new announcement that all public places pretty much are closing I feel beyond upset about everything my LO who is nearly 1 will miss out on this summer. She is so active and loves swimming, tumblr tots, play dates and soft play.

I know it sounds selfish and we are in a fortunate position that none of us are high risk but I just can’t think how to entertain her everyday and give her the social interaction she needs at this age.

I’m self employed so pretty much lost my job too :((

Any tips for what to do with a 1 year old other than swings? She’s not walking yet.

Paddling pool with balls in. You can use in the summer later.
One of Those small plastic garden slides. You can use inside. (I did this in flat)
One of those play tents.
Sofa cushions to make a soft play area.

Sofa cushions down to make an obstacle course
Blanket over the kitchen table to make a tent, torch a bonus
Cardboard box tunnel
Nursery rhymes with actions

I also set up stuff in different rooms. I put different toys in the bedrooms and we rotated.

This is a great thread. I'm definitely going to do some of these and invest in a few bits and bobs.
I've got a 2.5 year old and 9 month old. Life is a lot easier when I'm out doing things the older one enjoys. The new routine (being in the house the majority of the time) is going to take a bit of getting used to.

Even the Deputy Medical Officer (title's probably wronf but Jenny Harries) said yesterday that it's still important to get outside and exercise, just that we shouldn't do it in groups. So you can still go for a walk/bikeride/kick a ball in the park.
