So so worried as a single mum during this crisis

So I'm a single mum to 6 children since my husband left. Oldest is 13 and youngest is 7 months old. I am so so worried about how I will cope during this corona virus crisis. Mostly worried about doing shopping for food, I wasn't able to go bulk buying as I can't afford it plus don't drive so can't go looking for stuff. so I have to do shopping week to week but now there is nothing left in my local stores. I have an Asda and a Iceland and farm foods about 30minute walk from me but they have been wiped out!! I can't get any bread or fresh milk or tomatoes or pasta or rice or calpol. I'm running low on tooth paste. Carton Juice has flown off the shelves as well as all the tinned stuff! it's so bad and people like me who can't travel and don't drive will be put in a very difficult position. I'm so anxious over it as I have no support or help in situations like this. My mum lives a 45 minute tram ride away so can't help. My ex is so unreliable, he helps occasionally but that's very rare and he has to lie to his gf when he does help me because she doesn't like it if he does anything for me as she gets jealous. Also now the schools have closed I won't be even able to get to the shops because I can't risk walking my children to the stores with the risk of catching the virus. I have a 3 year old who walks slow and messes with things ect so risk of him getting it is high and also he has fits when he gets a high temp from a bad virus, he's had 2 so far so I can't risk it. And what if the shelves are emptied before I can get there?
I have enough food to see me though to probably around Tuesday/Wednesday next week but this scares me.

Your local FB group will be awash with ppl offering help.
Could your 13yr old do some shopping if you give them a list?
Even in lockdown supermarkets and pharmacies will be open.
How do you normally shop? walk? bus?
Public transport and taxis are running.
