getting "ordinary" minor prescriptions without bothering GPs too much?

what is the most efficient way to get a prescription for mundane "ordinary" conditions already confirmed by a pharmacist? We have a confirmed case of footballer's fungal foot and pharmacist says it needs a dr-level prescription or will get worse - but I can't imagine them using a "real" appointment for something so minor..... get a note from pharmacist confirming their professional judgment and give that to the practice - maybe with a photo of said footballer's fungal foot?

I also need to ask dr to tweak my dose of HRT. Again, trivial but important IYSWIM.

Most GPS are doing phone consultations aren't they? Book one in. If they suggest face to face you could download the LIVI app.

Some surgeries will allow you to do an e-consult via their website; ours encourages this but will also do a telephone consultation.

just an update to say that I easily got a telephone consulation with the GP and I think it did help that I was able to pass on that the pharmacist had already diagnosed.

I would say the GP seemed to enjoy doing her "normal" job talking about the pros and cons of treating this minor ailment - probably made a nice change.
