I'm NHS staff and pregnant, anyone else?

I'm on annual leave this week, I spoke with my manager yesterday who said she is awaiting guidance and will keep me updated ASAP.

Just wondering what all other pregnant NHS staff are doing during this time?

DD is admin staff. She will work from home now until she starts her maternity leave next month.

Yep, me! Have posted on a couple of threads but I've basically been told I should work as normal but they'll do a risk assessment. I'm a midwife.
I know other trusts are sending pregnant staff home, some are giving them admin stuff to do

It seems like different trusts are doing things differently at the moment. Hope I hear something soon

I'm clinical staff. Was initially told I would be redeployed to a 'non-patient facing' role. This changed within a few hours to being excluded from going in at all, and today has again reverted back to being redeployed. Little info has been given re. this, my manager thinks it could involve admin/answering phones.
I feel as expectant mums it's not a choice we should be forced to make when so little evidence (only 9 mothers in 3rd trimester in China and no mums having given birth in 1st/2md trimester!) exists. The lack of info is frustrating and dont know what to do for the best-as much as I want to do my bit I'm also unwilling to potentially compromise my baby's health by being surrounded by people in work but then socially distancing at home. Makes no sense

I went for a maternity appointment today and my MW colleagues told me that our pregnant Drs have been sent home yet I'm still expected in work this weekend.
Friends telling me to tell work I'm not coming in but it's not as easy as that - I can't be unpaid for 7 weeks until mat leave but I also dont want to expose myself or my baby to the unknown risk.
On the other hand I'll feel awful being home and being well when I know my colleagues are drowning in the workload with so many off self isolating

NHS nurse in acute hospital. Staff working in ‘high risk’ roles have been told to stay away from work until we hear otherwise. They haven’t really been clear what high or low risk is though!

I only work part time anyway, but am staying away and planning to offer support for our team (specialist palliative care) from home. It’s very likely most of our team will be redeployed to wards soon leaving little to no hospital palliative care team. We are thinking of setting up a telephone triage service that I can manage from home & give whatever telephone advice I can to staff over the phone.

Yep. Practice nurse in my first trimester. I’m still seeing patients, ‘low risk’ ones apparently. But considering there’s a fuck load of asymptomatic people out there...
