...during the Covid-19 delay/mitigation phase.

I suspect it’ll be different for everyone. I’m personally not too worried about keeping my DC up to date with their school work because they are all very conscientious and I do trust them to keep studying.

For me personally it’ll be not eating back all the weight I’ve just lost. Being out of routine always throws me and it seems like we won’t have much routine at all for the next few months. The holiday in May which was my future point to keep me on target is also now most likely cancelled so I’ll have to be extra disciplined to eat well and not go back to mindless eating because I’m bored/fed up/hungry. I‘be been steadily/slowly losing since November and am now less than half a stone from my goal weight. I can see how easily that could creep up again.

I have mixed feelings about it. As an introvert it is not the worst thing to isolate. But I just got a new job which was a few days in the office and as I have a health condition they said I can work from home. I am sick of working from home! I just did it for three years and that is why I got the job. I can only get there in rush hour on public transport though. I can avoid rush hour but would only be in the office between 11-2, so is there much point going in? I live on my own though so the isolation feels dreadful. My main thing was going to exercise classes in the gym. So I would say depression is a risk. I am hoping the running club keeps going.
