Is anyone else pregnant in London?

Is anyone else pregnant and lives in London? The tube was virtually empty at rush hour this morning and felt like the apocalypse. I'm a lecturer and have Easter holidays coming up and thinking to just stay indoors. I know no particular risk has been attributed to pregnant women but is anyone else feeling nervous?

My baby is due right about the time they are saying the peak will hit. Confused

Me - due early August

I am starting to feel a bit concerned.
At first I wasn't worried about catching the virus if it was the same as flu and wouldn't harm my baby, but there's so many things that I keep hearing about this virus that it's hard not to be worried.
I'm also worried that so many people have gone overboard with panic shopping and buying years worth of supplies at a time, that there's literally nothing left for the rest of us and it's a struggle to find even pasta now Shock. Or what is available has tripled or more in price(I saw someone selling 48 rolls of Andrex for £95 on amazon). Which is just causing a struggle for everyone else.
& I worry about being in a packed supermarket with people fighting over loo roll while I'm pregnant just trying to get my weekly shop

I know it won't for a long time but I just wish it would go away now 😫

Uh yes, I agree and I know the feeling. The panic buying is so unhelpful. I only want one hand gel for when I'm on the tube! My MIL even suggested I ought to start buying nappies now in case people start stockpiling those! ShockConfused

We started to buy nappies and wipes before this panic started just due to maternity pay not being great etc so thought it would be best. But now I feel in two minds as I do want to continue so it's easier when baby is here but I don't want to because I don't want to take nappies away from babies who are already here and I have already seen a few posts of mums who are struggling to find nappies, wipes and milk as some people are buying shelf loads at once. If there is a full shelf I'll pick up a pack but if there's few left on the shelfs I leave it.
But I would say as your due pretty soon to start buying for sure as you just don't know how long things will be so limited for and you can't leave yourself without supplies

It's so worrying though. I went to Morrison's earlier and there was absolutely nothing. No rice, pasta, pasta sauce, toilet and kitchen roll & no cleaning supplies other than a few zofloras and window cleaner. It is starting to to concern me a fair amount now and I'm trying to not overthink it but it's already hard with pregnancy hormones and anxiety x

It's crazy, the panic buying is so selfish.
