Is there any point in deep cleaning?

I am self isolating and so is DH and 2 of our 4 children, this is our first day at home.. None of us had a fever but all a cough and various other symptoms.

DS15 - became ill Sat/Sun and now feeling fully better (self isolating until Monday)
Me - became ill Mon/Tues. I feel shit (self isolating)
DH - became ill Wed. Also feeling shit (self isolating)
DS10 - started coughing over night / this morning (Self isolating)

DD15 - perfectly fine (at school)
DD5 - has had cold-like symptoms on and off since December so very hard to tell. Snotty/runny nose but no cough and no new symptoms. (at school)

Just finished 2h kitchen deep clean with DH - all surfaces, doors, handles, switches etc disinfected. We are having as it down before moving to hall/landing but are debating...

Is there any point in the deep clean? Should we just do normal cleaning and save the deep clean until we are all on the mend?

No one has underlying health issues except grandparents who've been told to stay away. We aren't having visitors. With the best will in the world, the two girls are almost certainly already incubating the virus for it to come next week.

I feel like I should be deep cleaning. DH and I also like big cleans, in that they feel very satisfying so it's not like we mind the deep clean.

But I feel really, really ill. Proper I'll, and so does DH. Are we wasting what little energy we have doing it now?

What would you do?

Don't bother deep cleaning - conserve your energy just in case. If it's in the house you're probably all infected by now anyway.

If you have it and you are showing symptoms you may still be infectious. So unless you're not going to be touching those surfaces again until you're better, I really wouldn't bother. What is the point unless you are going to clean everything you touch everyone you touch it? Go to bed and get some rest. Save the deep clean for when you're better and you're not going to contaminate it all again straight away

I would clean door handles and common surfaces regularly as viral load has been said to be a relevant factor with this virus, do small jobs as and when you have the energy, close off unused room if you have any, and wash clothes regularly, but leave the really deep clean until you feel better. Plenty of rest is important.
