Son going on school ski trip - concern on Coronavirus

My son is supposed to be going on a school ski trip to Austria by bus with 90 other kids...
At the meeting last week someone asked about the safety of going under the circumstances and we were told that unless the WHO cancel travel plans then yes they'll be going or we won't be insured I...( I don't mind losing the money over his health!)
I'm worried about him going and then being stuck on the continent or being exposed to it etc etc...
It's not for another fortnight but anyone else know anymore about school trips from uk to Austria and unsure what to do.?

Our school has said all school trips including to Italy are going ahead as that is government advice and it will only change if advice changes. We have a trip in Italy booked and they are asking for everyone to pay in full, I already did ages ago but wonder if some will pull out now.

Also said they have been told to keep school open if children come down with coronavirus by the government. So it's basically up to you but no refund if pull out. My DD really wants to go to Sorrento but will keep monitoring it. Our school did an Austria ski trip at half term, AFAIK no kids ill from it, but travelled on ferry with mainly Italians. Currently lower numbers in Austria than UK though population is much smaller. I'ld probably still let mine go to Austria if they wanted to though watch the numbers as Italy went really quickly but I'ld be quite 50-50 on it.

Ask the school for a copy of the new updated Risk Assessment as they should have done one now there has been a significant change IE Coronavirus.
I would also ask the safety department at the local authority.
I feel this must now be re written and they won't want to be associated if it all goes wrong. It must be suitable and sufficient and no doubt state what they will do if it goes wrong.
Does the WHO have any power to cancel other peoples travel plans? I do wonder as I have no idea but didn't think it was one of their objectives?
Its hard to predict how things will turn out but it is concerning.
Just need to keep an eye on this WHO advise
