Are you a board moderator? Why would you post that images are under review?

Ive seen the images posted above. None are graphic, as per injured people. Just a bloke playing dress up for his social media influencer account to influence people in the West. We should be able to use his in images to challenge his narratives. Is there no right of reply when ridiculous claims by people like him make them?

It was me that posted the images and they didn't appear at the same time as the rest of my message. So I was letting people know images were going to appear. Preview wouldn't let me see if they were posting or not. That's why I took it off as soon as the images appeared.

I've already said that I think it's important to keep this thread up as it provides evidence of Hamas lies and manipulation.

Thank you for explanation, much appreciated.

With the calls to remove thread from one, when so many threads with anti Israel themes are allowed. He promoted himself, his roles, he had lots of followers so it's s important he is challenged.

I'm really not sure why a social media influencer who has numerous propaganda posts, quite often comical, garners so much sympathy from a few who dont want us to discuss him. 🤔

Thank you. It's does. I wonder if some think Hamas are fluffy freedom fighters rather than brutal killers, rapists, torturers and kidnappers. Surely, seeing what they are doing to their own Palestinian people is a bit of an eye opener for some marchers etc. Who knows?

and @BoredZelda
and any lurkers with empathy

Ive reported this thread ( perhaps you could too ) which some posters are using to glorify the death of another

This is not in the spirit on mumsnet or humankind

Some Really disgusting and hateful posts on here

I've also reported the thread.

This has been the deadliest year ever for journalists, yet here are people cheering on someone being assassinated who was managing to get news out of a war zone that international press couldnt (and still cannot) access during a genocide.

The lies and smearing are off the scale, and plays into the continuation of the violence that israel is stoking with an aim to ignite civil war through open backing of gangs in order to destabilize the government of Gaza.

It's classic for this part of mumsnet. Which is why so many posters now avoid this board all together.

This is ONE Individual who manipulated people. He played roles. Its there for all to see.

Surely its important to expose? There are numerous threads on the wrongdoing of the IDF and they all stand. None are deleated. Interesting how you apply double standards 🤔 attempting to silence exposure of an influencer that is seen posing in multiple roles. Why?

Interesting now Hamas are back to killing Palestinians that oppose them, that people are quiet. The threads were jolly busy with the what 16 or 17 threads about IDF but talk about Hamas wrong doing or talk about someone who played various roles to create a narrative and its all awful......ummm

Hi can you please highlight a lie and smear about him in this thread? Evidence has been posted of him celebrating October 7, evidence has been posted of his role-playing for propaganda videos.

Where exactly are the lies and smears? It's unfortunate if you knew and trusted him as a legitimate source of Gazan news, however the facts plainly demonstrate he was an agent of Hamas at worst, a manipulating liar on social media at best.

I've already said I thought he was funny, witty and intelligent, I can think good things about him and also recognise the damage he did with his videos. That doesn't make pointing out what he did a lie or a smear

Appreciate this is just mumsnet but if we all turn a blind eye to hate it becomes the norm.

It becomes somehow acceptable
It is never as such

He wasn't some serious, objective journalist. He was a social media influencer who celebrated 7 October, and clearly had some Hamas connection. Then there were the embezzlement rumours.

I'm actually a bit sorry he's dead, as he was entertaining, but don't make out like some embedded Hamas mouthpiece dying in a clash with another armed gang is some great humanitarian tragedy.

Where are the lies and smears? He was a supporter of Hamas and celebrated 7 October. What smear could be worse than the truth?
