Why is the BBC playing Hamas propaganda as fact?

We know the photo of the emaciated child was misleading - he had cancer, he wasn't being starved.

Images of adults - especially men - show there is no lack of food expect where Hamas is hoarding it.

The death / injury figures have been outright lies.

israel is providing food an area that's run by people who want to destroy them - and where the death of Jewish hostages including babies was applauded.

It's awful for both sides. Why is the BBC behaving like this wasn't kicked off my murderous Islamist psychopaths who want to see every Jew removed from the Middle East?

Hello all. We understand that on this topic, emotions are high, and we appreciate that many posters feel very strongly about what’s been said. But this is a discussion forum, not a place to shout others down. If you believe a post is inaccurate, you’re welcome to say so on the thread but you need to make your case without resorting to insults or personal attacks. Arguing with facts and clarity is what strengthens a position and resorting to abuse just undermines it.

We’ll remove posts that break our rules and ban those who repeatedly show they can’t engage within them. If you see something that crosses a line, report it but please don’t assume it gives you licence to launch a pile-on in return.
