Rude

I have no time for lazy people. Rude or not, I don't really care.

@9021Pho thank you for a great explanation.

Basically Israel stole the Palestinian people’s land because they believe they are special and entitled to colonize.
Israel has been violent to Palestinians for decades.
Now they are finishing what they started, what they always intended to do, which is destroy Gaza and all the innocent people that live there.
The IDF has murdered thousands of babies and children, especially since October.
America funds and supports Israel.
Anyone who says Israel shouldn’t be committing genocide is called anti-Semitic for some reason.

Basically Israel stole the Palestinian people’s land because they believe they are special and entitled to colonize.

So when did this happen, IYO?

blackcherryconserve · 11/05/2024 21:19

If you have nothing nice to say say nothing at all …sometimes ppl need things explained to them it does not mean they are lazy I have mental health and sometimes need things explained to me …hope that helps !!!!

MsAdoraBelleDearheartVonLipwig · 11/05/2024 21:48

I don’t care how long they’ve fought for in the past or who did what to whom. In absolutely no way does it now justify the murder of thousands of innocent people including children who are not answerable for the actions of their ancestors.

Gunnersforthecup · 11/05/2024 18:53

How on earth is raping and murdering young people at a music festival "fighting back"?

You meed to think a bit harder about this.

I clearly said they were extremists and their actions were horrific. But I also don’t think it would have happened if Israel had just left Gaza be.

Lovinglife57 · 11/05/2024 21:51

Innocent ppl were murdered no justification for that

So you justifying the murder of innocents? There's a world problem with Islamic extremism. They slit innocent people's throats, they bomb, they torture and they do it with glee. They have been showing us for years, we've seen all this with our own eyes in this very country and in the world. They are a special kind of evil, they rejoice in it like none other. You can believe Hamas didn't do it, and it was all IDS but if I had to lay my life on it, I would say no it was Hamas. I saw how they brutalised those young women, how they loaded them on trucks and how the normal Palestinians spat on their broken bodies.

No matter what Israel does, leave them alone or not, they will never leave Israel alone. The history shows us this.

No killing of innocent is justified even in resistance but it seems that nothing quite beats the excesses of depravity of Islamic extremists. You would think it was 1500!

Great Propaganda. Nothing about the Nakba, Nothing about the King David Hotel bombing and other attacks by the Zionist terrorist gangs such as the Lehi and Stern gang. Nothing about Ben Gurion's plan Dalet. Impressive and if that came from a teacher, wow.

Your post is so unrelated to what I said I’m not sure why you quoted me. Perhaps you have gotten me mixed up with another poster.

No its for you. I think you were saying 7th October would t have happened if Israel had left Gaza alone.

Maybe what Israel has done to Gaza wouldn't have happened if Hamas hadn't carried out the slaughter it did on innocent people on 7th October?

If course I don't think innocent should die on either side.

changefromhr · 11/05/2024 23:18

Please don't be gullible. Do your own reading and dont rely on that long, inaccurate, borderline islamophobic drivel posted by 9021pho. I haven't read such BS for a long time.

By the way, Arabs pronounce Palestine with a F sound.

And complete evasion of mentioning the zionist terrorism and the killing of British soldiers, stern gang, Irgun etc. Poster acting like Arabs were the barbarians and were to blame for everything.

Well done to that poster or AI bot though, as clearly some people on the thread have fallen for it.

I don’t think October 7th would have happened if not for the very complex relationship and ongoing tensions, no. And I don’t think it’s a surprise that Gaza has turned to extremism given the conditions they’ve been living in for years.

Israels persecution of Gaza started long, long, before October 7th. I think October 7th is a convenient excuse for them to have so openly upped the ante on what they are doing.

I have no idea how you got from my post that I was justifying the murder of innocent people, or that I “don’t believe Hamas did it”. I think you are reading what you want to read for the sake of an argument.

This conflict started long before Hamas had power over Gaza.

RichardMarxisinnocent · 12/05/2024 00:04

JSMill · 11/05/2024 18:52

Please don't take that as factual. It's spectacularly biased. I am LMAO at someone who professes to be an expert because their dad was a history teacher. I have a degree in politics and history. It's a complex subject. No one can possibly explain it to you in a couple of paragraphs on social media. I suggest you read up yourself l.

I agree that it is very biased. I only have a GCSE in history, but it's one from the late 80s and one of the modules was the Arab Israeli Conflict. The teaching and the text books were very balanced and all of my class ended the course feeling incapable of taking a side in the conflict because we could see it from both sides and had empathy and sympathy for both sides. We also all sadly agreed that a peaceful solution to the conflict was highly unlikely (the only time I briefly wavered on this and was hopeful go peace was when the PLO recognised Israel's right to exist)

I started reading the post thinking I would read a balanced description of the history of the conflict, one which would contain things I learnt about all those years ago, but that is definitely not what I read.

It's certainly not from my 1980s history teacher, he taught us all about Irgun, the Stern gang, and the the King David hotel bombing.

You're right, it did start before 7th October. When did it start? Tell us the history from your perspective.

Following years (actually centuries) of persecution from Islamists may be it's no surprise that Jews turned to Zionism?
