milosmum · 05/08/2005 19:41

oh hula- you too honey ..... we will ALL get that illusive BFP.... i know it feels like everyone else can get pregnant by "accident" and i have commented before that we could all do with a few of those "accidents"! but it will happen- we all HAVE to believe that, or whats the point?

As im in a very positive mood at the moment its my job to cheer everyone up!!!! so ill have to think of some jokes and post them in a bit!!.............

Hulababy · 05/08/2005 19:59

Ah thanks. I am fine really; it just gets to you ometimes doesn't it? And with this Austaralia holiday idea being knocked about all the time I have to think about it all a bit more re timing.

Having a glass of wine at moment, so getting cheery all the time

milosmum · 05/08/2005 20:02

dont just have a glass- have the bloody bottle hula i know , only a few weeks ago i was soo upset it wasnt happening but i dont know what did it - i just thought to hell with it , so for a few months im going it alond, no charts or tests- just me & hubby.... and i have to tell you im really enjoying it........ is there really no way you could take that holiday? it may be just what you need...

OP posts:
Hulababy · 05/08/2005 20:07

The holiday? Australia? It wouldn't be unti NEXT Novemnber anyway - so ages away. Only just had my hols! I have to admit I haven't done charting or OPKs for 2 or 3 months and it does feel more relaxed most of the itme. Mind, next month I am having investigative blood tests - on CD2/3 and CD21. Not really sure how I feel about that, but hey.

Oh, on second glass now Don't worry at least this bottle will go, if not a second

milosmum · 05/08/2005 20:11

i know its not till next november but im always of the opinion that we cant put everything on hold. i ve booked my holday for next july, im hoping to be able to take a beautiful new addtion, or be bloody pregnant!

I really hope to tests go well for you... i really wish we could all get our BFP soon..... i cant beleive how good i feel with the whole charting thing out of the way......

Have spoken to DH over dinner (well, pizza ) about it. e wouldn't be booking until March time enxt year at earliest. So we will look at the situation just before. We don't mind taking a little baby there (probably easier than taking our then 4yo!) and I don't mond missing the trip if I was due around then. However, if we are not pg around time of pg, will will work out dates for being able to fly if we are pg, and put the TTC on hold for 3 or 4 months (or whatever) so we can go. Seems silly to miss out on such a fab opportunity, esp as it would be last time we could easily go - DD would be starting school the january after.

milosmum · 05/08/2005 20:48

thats great hula! it will give you something to look forward to! hummmmm australia in November- nice and warm!

you got me started now, i just started my 1st glass of a lovely juicy red

OP posts:
Hulababy · 05/08/2005 21:02

On the red too tonight; very yummy. Actually have a weekend of indulgence.Off to a wedding recpetion tomorrow night (the three of us; DD will be up dancing all night) and then me and Dh are going out for dinner with friends (their house) on Sunday evening. These friends live ina big house on the same estate as out new house will be.

Debbsywillgetherbeanie · 06/08/2005 17:26

well how difficult today has been best freinds little girls 1st birthday party today that was good and i was ok until her other friend (who i dont like anyhow) came in with her 6 week old little boy i was in bits had to go upstairs to the loo for a little whilw was in floods of tears bf came up to me and other freind and said they didint think it would be affecting me this much !!! Feel like crap again why is this so difficult!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why?

jane313 · 06/08/2005 18:06

I'm so sorry I think it can be one of the hardest things to live with. I really admire thsoe that go through it. I've been only trying a pathetically small amount of time and am incredibly lucky to already have a child but I still feel on the verge of basketcase-dom. I keep feeling sad just seeing that bloomin' mothercare ad at the top of this page.

JAG123 · 06/08/2005 20:25

Debbsy I wish there was something i could say to make you feel better. Have you booked any reflexology yet? it might also help you to relax a little as well as with TTC. I hope that things start to get a little easier for you soon keep your chin up.
Welcome Jane hope you get a BFP(yes it is big fat)soon.

Harrizeb · 06/08/2005 22:38

Evening Ladies, I'm back!!!!

yes I've been gone a week, but having been home only a couple of hours it feels like 5 minutes. Lots of lovely hot weather and some fun days out. I'd recommend the Isle of Wight to everyone there is so much there to do and the people are really friendly and helpful.

Debbsy I'm so so sorry you are having such a hard time. All I can do is send you cyber hugs and that I am thinking about you and sending positive thoughts your way.

Charlee Im glad you are on the up again now

Shelly - CONGRATULATIONS that is such lovely news, do let us know how you get on

Hello to the new ladies, and hi to everyone else MM, Hula, bella, jag, jen if you are lurking, sucessful - I hope that you will keep us up to date with how you are getting on with your emplantation,

Well I'm on CD4 after AF reared her ugly head on Tuesday so down to some serious bedding this month - well as much as DH's working allows all though because I have thursdays and fridays off we are planning to travel to go and see him where ever he might be to help on our beanie mission.

Take care and speak to you all on Monday, have a mountain of washing to get down and the first load has finished and needs putting out.
