Hey louja, how are you today? No more spotting here since yesterday so still no clearer what the deal is... still holding out til Sat to test... though very nearly caved this morning.

Hope everyone else well and happy... up very early here with a noisy (and very wet) boy .

randomimposter · 19/11/2009 06:23

ooops forgot to say sorry 65... that's rough. Hope you are doing ok.

mrsZaC.... here's hoping for you

Loujalou · 19/11/2009 08:59

Jollster fingers crossed for you too. Its all so soul destroying after a while.

Am going to go to the doctors with DH and tell them how down this is getting me and see if they can do some tests. I has been 7 months which I know is probably normal but am completely stressed by it and the rest of my life is going well. Has anyone tried going to the doctor before a year?

Oh well witch has not come yet though think she is coming. Temp is still up.

Think I might give mn a rest next cycle!

Congrats to the BFPs

x

randomimposter · 19/11/2009 09:06

Hi Louja... it's just SUCH an emotional torment...

Spotting has begun again now, and is redder and a bit heavier, so suspect game is up for this month... in fact wish she would just move in properly, so I'd know and be able to just get on with things.

The thing I hate most about this TTC is when it makes you lose sight of what you DO have. I need to give myself a good slap around the face and count my blessings (#1 of which is DS!!!!).

Anyway enough moaning. Off to build towers of bricks and read Goose on The Loose ... again...

Loujalou · 19/11/2009 09:28

Its true my little one is a lovely boy. He is so sweet and chilled - should focus on that. Its lovely to see them develop their own personalities even though his fave word is NO!

Shirazz · 19/11/2009 09:40

Lou I know how you feel. I'm in a similar situation. Very very grateful for my lovely dc1 but desperate for dc2 and i'm only on month 5. I keep reading stats and I know it's perfectly normal and all that to take more than several months, still, it's such a let down every month and if one more person tells me to stop thinking about it!!!
If you are over 35 you can go to the doctor at the 6th cycle try point otherwise it's 12 months, but having said that, if you are very stressed about it all how would they know how long you've been trying?

Shirazz · 19/11/2009 09:42

Don't give up, we'll all get there in the end! how old is your dc1 lou

Loujalou · 19/11/2009 09:43

Shirazz fortunately / unfortunately I am just over 30... They wouldn't know and there is a lovely doctor at my surgery..... I feel a little white lie coming on.

Loujalou · 19/11/2009 09:43

19 months. You?

Shirazz · 19/11/2009 09:45

Mine is 11.5 months and such a joy I've just turned 35... eek but i'm going to the GP after this cycle - even if dh thinks I'm nuts!

Shirazz · 19/11/2009 09:46

Can't keep up this shag-a-thon forever at my age

Loujalou · 19/11/2009 09:47

That is what the NHS is for to help us - I am never really sick so this is payback.

Shirazz · 19/11/2009 09:49

can I ask, does everyone do proper cutting out of things like caffine and wine etc? I've just decided this month to limit to one instant coffee a day wheras before I was having several "proper" coffee's. I'm holding out hope that it's the magic thing I needed to do I have also cut down of wine consumption considerably - though my 'user name' doesn't reflect that!
