Is it best to have sex just at time of ovulation or lots around that time?

Does anyone know what the current thinking on this is? With our last attempt at conception we tried to 'save' the sperm until ovulation was here, but is it best to just have sex a lot of the time around then?

Mewbilly - you don't need it if you produce enough of your own fertile cervical fluid. Mother Nature's lube is best!

And runlyrarun - I don't know about Zestica - have only just heard of it this week for the first time. Looks good from their website but can't find a list of ingredients. Stands to reason that Pre-Seed would not have cornered the market for too long before a competitor came along. If I find out more I will come back and update you.
