HI All..

Been trying to conceive since april, mays period was odd, didnt even know I was coming on, no cramps nothing, no sore breasts either and a few days early. Junes period was due 10th but came on 31st may, felt abit pmt but not much again, went to dr had some tests down but all ok, no problems.

This week I have felt so tired, sore breasts, slightly nausea, done a preg test yesterday and a very very faint line, done another four and they were faint too, barely visible. Woke up and done a test and its less than barely visible I am sure something is there but not sure whether its the inprint of the test line and not actually a faint positive....so done a clear blue and it didnt show anything.

so say 5 very very very faint lines yesterday, and even fainter this morning.... erh whats happening girls????

tiggerandpiglet - the sensitivity of the digital tests are less than some of the other tests, so if you are only getting faint positives on the other tests then it is normal to get a negative on the digital. As pepper says, it is a good idea to buy the cheap ebay tests if you are going to do so many tests, and wait til you get a clear on that before doing any more expensive ones.

Or better still just wait a couple of days, if you are pregnant then a couple of days will see your levels go up enough to be more confident so you don't have to worry about the am I aren't I time. Easier said than done, I use the internet cheapy tests to relieve my need to know!

I understand the need to test and to know for definate. I agree with rainbowdays, the digital ones need higher levels of hcg to say you are pg so ignore them for a few more days. The fact is you can't get a line at all unless you are pg, so you are! Yay!

Let us know how the other tests go

Dont know if this helps but I have read on a few other threads on MN that Clearblue dont pick up the hormone as early as some other tests do...so maybe when you're a bit further on it will confirm for you. (Crap waiting though) But if you've done the other ones you dont need a Clearblue to confirm it. I think its just the brand that people go for because its advertised on the telly. I found the Tesco ones to be pretty good, you get a two pack for £4.99. Good luck anyways...RL1 Xx

Blodd tests need to go away, urine tests are on the day.

Not sure what all the obsession is with testing, surely you'd wait a week or so if AF is late then get a positive result if you feel pg already..
Looks like you are pregnant anyway, so congrats OP.

I agree, TESCO are a good place to go for HPTs, cheap enough if you feel the urge to buy them by the dozen...
