A note about reflexology

I was a bit about reflexology but decided to give it a shot when offered some free sessions from a trainee. Anyhow I don't think it is a coincidence that I have had it twice now and both times I found out I was pregnant later that month! (Unfortunately the first ended in MMC at 10 weeks and currently keeping fingers crossed for this current bean)

Reflexology was only thing I did different really those months and was TTC for 6 months beforehand(was also having accupuncture and massage). I found it very relaxing both times and nearly fell asleep.

My reflexologist has had to other ladies get pregnant on her too- so maybe she has healing hands- great for a trainee!

retromum1 - Jessica at Treat Balham in Hildreth Street is very nice. Can't vouch for results, but she's about £40 and extremely relaxing!

I've always been a bit hesitant to go to a reflexologist...but I guess anything is worth it, lol. Has anyone else gone, feeling sceptical, or thinking its not going to work, then fallen preg soon after?
