Really good subfertility book

Having been told earlier this week that we are likely to need to go down the ICSI route, I tried to find a scientific introduction to the various tests, techniques, risks, benefits etc and found this: ABC of subfertility.

Read about 3/4 of it this morning in a (long) bath and found it brilliant. Excellent explanations with references, graphs, summary tables etc. It is aimed at GPs but I should think anyone with good science A Levels would be able to follow it (I have a scientific bac from a European country but then went on to read law, so hardly an expert in these matters). Would definitely recommend it to those who are after a scientific explanation of all the options rather than the more anectodal books (which obviously also have a place- we have two or three, but personally I find they drive me nuts and as we know stress is to be avoided when TTCing ).
The only minus, from my point of view, is that it was first published in 2004, so there may have been further developments. If anyone has a recommendation for a more recent book, please do let me know.
