Hi ..... brief background. I am 44, 2 kids, aged almost 19, & 5. 1 m/c in between, and 2 m/s at the end of last year in Sept (start of) and Nov (end of) at about 7 weeks each time.
I've recently started charting - though this month my temps are up and down and all over the place despite being taken 1st thing each day so haven't been able to confirm ovulation. I've also been recording cervical mucus and using a salivascope to check for ferning.
Last month, in what turned out to be a 27 day cycle I noticed ferning over 3 days - which ties in with what the manufacturer's blurb suggests you will typically see as ovulation approaches and occurs. This was on days 15, 16 & 17.
This month, I am currently on CD19, yet have had distinct ferning every day, including today still, since CD12. That's 8 days in a row. I always test when I get up - so no food, drink or toothpaste is affecting the result.
Has anyone else using a salivascope ever experienced this ?
