Ewcm and ovulation question

I’ve been having ewcm for the past 5 days, day 1 and 2 there was a lot and I meant a lot. Day 3, 4 and 5 there’s not been much at all just a few small bits of it. Does this mean though that I haven’t ovulated yet as I still have it albeit just a tiny amount?

Not tracking as we aren’t ttc but we got carried away last Tuesday we’re normally very careful so I’m just monitoring to see whether we’ve avoided ovulation or not. If any amount even tiny means I’ve not ovulated then we should be ok as that was nearly a week ago now but I just wanted to check if anyone knew whether you could still get it for a few days after ovulation.

This will depend entirely on your body. I’ve had four pregnancies and have one living child, and while trying to conceive them all I became very in tune with my body. I fell pregnant first try for all four of them. I now know that I see EWCM for around three consecutive days before I ovulate. It starts day 13/14 and finishes day 16/17, and I generally ovulate on day 18 (confirmed with ovulation sticks and BBT).

Going by my body, I would say that’s the danger zone if not wishing to get pregnant. However, I’m sure I’ve seen people here say they only see it like the day before, some for a week before, some during ovulation, etc. Unless you’re tracking, or unusually in tune and can feel ovulation, there’s not really a way to be certain. It’s generally a sign of your body being fertile, though.
