Postpartum cycles varying in length and longer periods, what to expect?

Today is CD7 of the third postpartum cycle. The first one lasted for 31 days whereas the second one lasted for 27 days. My period used to last for 5 days pregnancy and now it lasts for 7 days.
How long did it take for the postpartum cycle and the period go back to its normal length/duration? I'd appreciate if you could share your experience. Thank you in advance!

Just to give you more context. My first postpartum period came just before the baby turned 9 months old. I stopped drinking alcohol at the beginning of January and stopped breastfeeding 41 days ago and quitted caffeine 7 days ago. I have been taking supplements of Zita West Ultimate Egg Health Pack since the end of January. So I am trying a lot of things for my cycles to get back to normal.

What you’re describing is quite common after having a baby. Hormones can take a few months to settle, so cycle length and period duration may vary for a while. For many, things start to normalize around three to six cycles, though it can differ. If changes feel extreme or persist, it might be worth checking with a doctor.
