Ovulation strips… please help!!

Can someone please help I’m losing my mind. I started using the easy@home strips this month. I normally ovulate on or around CD16. So I was expecting LH to rise CD14/15 but it’s CD16 today and they’re still really low. With no sign of them getting any darker… I had a very short cycle last month (due to emotional stress I think). And I don’t know if it’s messed up my ovulation this month. I do have EWCM on CD14 and CD15 but it’s gone now… I’ll post my ovulation strips photo. Does it just rise from negative to positive all of a sudden? Help please I feel like I’m going crazy!

I always found temperature a more accurate to track ovulation. I could never get a definite answer from strips.

It’s not letting me upload a photo for some reason

I think that’s what I’ll do next month, but temperature only tells you when you have ovulated doesn’t it, not when you’re about to

Might need some more information to help more accurately... I'm not an expert in OPKs but... How often have you been testing and most importantly, at what time/s of the day?

It's not usually recommended to test LH first thing in the morning, so I tend to do a test around 10am/11am and then when it gets closer to ovulation, I do up to three tests a day - a further test in the afternoon and one in the early evening.

LH spikes can be quick and sudden. Depending on when and how often you're testing, it's completely possible to miss it entirely.

I’ve been testing 3 times a day for the past 2 days, making sure I’m not overly hydrated and I’ve been holding for at least 2 hours
