6DPO anyone else in the 2WW

currently 6DPO.. in my dreaded 2WW.. 😩
anyone else???
nipples were erect and sensitive alllll day yesterday and light cramps on and off.. never usually have symptoms before my period this early … now i’m symptom spotting yay😂🫶🏼

yes i would definitely recommend ovulation testing, you can buy cheap tests from amazon! i buy the premom ones and log my test results on my premom app, it’s super helpful 😊

what tests do you use?

@MamaB12 do u test with fmu? Esp this early on testing later in the day mightn’t show up even if u are positive. I am feeling so nervous about testing tomorrow.

I actually thought last night i might test this morning (10 dpo) but then went to the toilet first thing without thinking so couldn’t test 😂 just hoping I don’t do that tomorrow morning. Think I was had asleep

I don’t feel pregnant at all this month and just know af is gona come and depress me for the week ahead 😫

iv ordered some “mom med” tests they come with 24 tests and urine cups but iv just checked and the tests at 25 mIU so not as sensitive as an early detection ffs 🤦🏽‍♀️ xx

yeah i do test with FMU.. usually anyway but i just don’t feel positive about this cycle🤦🏽‍♀️
the tests iv got are 25mIU ffs so they aren’t even as sensitive
i’ll be 10DPO tomorrow!

@MamaB12 could u order the wee cheap ones (sensitivity 10) on Amazon to be here by tomorrow.

the 10 sensitivity ones are the ones I have so if it’s a negative tomorrow at 11 dpo I’d say it’s pretty certain I’m out

do you think i could use the 25mIU tests or will they not pick up at 10DPO😢😂

@MamaB12 it would prob be tough for hcg to get up above 25 by 10 dpo. It doubles every 48 hrs so for eg if u implanted on day 7 at hcg of say 3, by day 9 you’ll be hcg 6, by day 11 you’ll be hcg 12, by day 13 you’d be hcg 24 etc..

if u can at all I’d get the sensitivity of hcg 10 if ur planning to test early

im planning to test tomorrow, i just hope I remember and don’t pee without thinking first thing 😂 I think I ovulated Tuesday but could have been Wednesday so I’m either 10 or 11 dpo tomorrow, the wait was killing me around 3/4 dpo and now I just feel so nervous for tomorrow 🫣

yeah true, i haven’t got any other tests but im out and about tomorrow so might pick up some 🫣

these are my Lh tests from this cycle!! so by looks of it i ovulated on the 11th

@MamaB12 negative here this morning so I’d say that’s def me out unless I ovulated a day later but doubtful 😫😵‍💫 back to another month of it! Prob still a few days to wait for af to arrive too which is the killer

current cycle day 29, officially 1 day late according to my app. i just tested with the cheap clear and simple strips (only ones I could get my hands on) and it was negative i think they’re 20mIU :/

negative for me this morning aswell 😩
i used the 25mIU test but i still think regardless it is negative..
onto the next cycle!!!

same here 😟 negative with a 25mIU test this morning, i expected it to be honest i just looked at it once and then thrown it in a huff, so fed up!!!!

to add to this post, i had an appointment at the doctors on monday for infertility, the doctor is booking me in for bloods and my partner for a sperm count so we will see!
(he doesn’t have any children) but i already have a little boy who’s 6, the doctor asked me about my history and i had to tell her about my traumatic birth (Emergency C section, blood transfusion and suspected sepsis) does make you wonder if any of those complications have caused secondary infertility , iv been deep diving into research about C sections and scar tissue causing infertility
rant over.

same I wasn’t expecting anything either really, if af doesn’t arrive for me by next week i’ll test again on the weekend but im pretty sure i’m not :/ x

what day are you due on? my premom app says i’m due for AF next saturday.. seems ages away

It’s jus so deflating isn’t it @Starryxx @MamaB12 i keep telling myself ‘ur not out yet’ and it still could be etc but deep down I know that’s me into another cycle of trying, it’s exhausting! How long is everyone trying for now? We started in Sept, took a break the month of Dec just with a lot on. I feel like I put all plans on hold ‘just incase’ like we haven’t booked any holidays or trips at all just incase I might be pregnant/due/ too far on to travel etc I feel like I’m so tired of it all!

we’ve been trying 10 months now 😩 seems like a life time
my advice would be don’t plan around TTC get as many plans & holidays booked! atleast it gives you something to look forward too
when we started TTC i was the same and didn’t want to make any plans or anything just “incase” and still didn’t conceive so now iv just come to terms with it'll happen when the time is right and for now im just going to say “yes” to all plans or holidays!🫶🏼

i know like everyone says “your not out till AF comes” erghhhh but i just know im not soo🫣

i was due my period yesterday, so if i am pregnant im pretty sure it would’ve showed up positive by now :/ x

yeah maybe, iv had cycles like that and it messes with your head🫣

@MamaB12 i know my rational brain says this but then I look at booking different things and i just end up holding off ‘to see’ 😂
