18DPO line progression

Hi!

I’m 18DPO today, and tested positive about a week ago. After a missed miscarriage at the end of last year I am spiralling a little and been continuing to test every day. Im a little worried about the fact the test lines aren’t getting as dark/darker than the control line yet. Based on LMP dates I am 5 weeks 1 day today.

looking for honest opinions on the line progression, even if it isn’t what I want to hear

(ignore the writing on them - it’s meant to be the date but I started a day ahead of myself, but just followed the numbering)

I can't exactly tell which day is which because there's so many but you are testing too often to see the progression. Look at the morning tests two days apart and you will see progression better :)

I understand the worry as I've had two missed miscarriages but unfortunately dark tests don't indicate whether a pregnancy is going to be successful. In both MMC the lines on pregnancy tests were progressing because my body still thought it was pregnant.

Test every two days and perhaps book a reassurance scan for 7ish weeks to see how things are going. Good luck :)

Im confused by the tests.
Take one test and test again 48hrs later, do the test at the same time, not varying times of the day.
Sorry op, I cant make sense of the tests you posted

Testing 48 hours apart is all well and good but after losses it’s virtually impossible (for me anyway) to resist the twice a day urge. In any event, ‘twas indeed good progression and im now 9ish weeks 😊

Congrats OP. That's great news.
Take it easy. I know very well how anxious early pregnancy can be. Ive had 6 pregnancies and one living child.
