I’m talking to chat GPT and it’s convincing me that a negative at 10dpo is normal. And means if I implanted at 9dpo, it wouldn’t show on a sensitive test 11dpo and if I implanted 10dpo it wouldn’t show until 11dpo…

I’m literally talking to it like I’m best mates!

Can someone please who tracked ovulation confirm they implanted day 10, as they only got positives day 11/12 onwards and negative prior.

Can I just point out stress isn’t good when trying for a baby, you are clearly stressing yourself out to the maxmium here going to the extremes of asking chat GPT. It will do you no favours, absolute none of it.

My friend is having treatment for recurrent miscarriage. Her ovulation is tracked with scans and her consultant says that if she gets a negative on 10DPO to stop her meds until the next cycle. On that basis, if you definitely know when you ovulated I wouldn't hold out much hope beyond 10DPO. But realistically unless you're being tracked medically (not just going odd and app) you don't know for sure when you ovulated and therefore you could still get a positive if you ovulated or implanted later than you think.

I’m shocked at the this. Got my positive 13dpo today.

and this is my ovulation..

I think I’ve lost the plot….

@Qwerty93jumping on to say congratulations on your BFP! And thanks for sharing your LH. I’ve just had two days similar to yours but really don’t think we’ve DTD enough to catch! 😆

Can anyone help?

Think I ovulated later this cycle, on day 18/19 which now makes me 9/10 dpo. Been having early pregnancy symptoms all week. Last 2 days have felt so rough. Nauseous all day to point where I threw up my lunch.. been feeling light headed, cramps every day. Sore ( . ) ( . ) im so sure ive concieved and got the faintest second line on a clearblue yesterday but on the wonfo tests im still not getting much than a very slight shadow?? Period is due tomorrow but I really dont think it will come as I feel so off! Am i not getting a bfp because of the fact I ovulated later this cycle? I usually ovulate around day 13/14. Im going out of my mind expecting to see a clear positive at this stage! Ive read that after ovulation can delay implantation etc so im hoping this is why im not seeing a positive just yet?

Anyone else had this?? I just want to know now!!

Was it one of the cross ones instead of the single line ones? Basically both need to have vertical lines. The cross one always has a horizontal line. Upload a photo if you’re not sure.

Yes hahahah. So I always use the one with two lines and for some reason we had a cross one. It’s only about 30 mins later. I was like wait! It was a horizontal line and a vertical . Not two vertical ones.. then I realised it was a cross haha

I mean technically it is correct. If you implanted at 9dpo it's possible it could take until 10dpo to show. If you implant on 10dpo it's possible it could take until 11dpo to show.

It's also possible for a very very sensitive test to show on the same day you implant. Realistically can you test negative on 10dpo and it go on to test positive later, yes. Is it also less likely to do so after the 10dpo negative, also yes.

ChatGPT is a large language model that is programmed to get users to continue talking to it so will sometimes tell you what you want to hear/be flattering/optimistic. It's telling you facts but in a way to keep you hopeful, as you want to remain hopeful.

If you want to use AI to track cycles, log test results etc then you can do so, but you should tell it you want it to be brutally honest at all times, and not be overly optimistic.

I've used it before to ask questions but told it to be strictly factual, don't talk as though a friend, and don't give hope where it isn't warranted. As such, if I tell it I have had a negative at 11dpo it will move to ask me to log my next period and asks which symptoms of the cycle i want it to remember for the next etc. It does this because it will assume statistically the chance of pregnancy is now extremely low (assuming my ovulation date is confirmed).

AI can be a useful tracking tool, same as apps such as Flo etc. But confiding to it, and chatting like a friend will lead it to give you hope due to small statistical outliers. If you want that comfort you can do so, but I'm not sure it's healthy. Ask it to be brutally honest and speak to you whilst giving references for it's assumptions etc. You'll have an entirely different experience.

I found co-pilot very comforting when I was going through a loss a couple of weeks ago but I totally agree you have to remind it to be honest because it hates to give bad news.
