@Nightshift110 I am sorry, how worrying. It's possible that you're hydrated and your urine is diluted and so effecting the tests. For peace of mind, it might be worth asking to get your bloods monitored to see what is happening with your levels.

LuckyDuck93 · 16/07/2025 13:56

@DorsetGirl89 ah i hadnt realised it was 7-10dpo that was best, lady on the phone just said 7 days before period is due..to be honest she wasnt overly informative. I've got the appt booked at my surgery, might give them a call and see if I can move it a bit later as no point going if im only 4-5 dpo!
I probably didnt word it very well, I usually start to get a rise CD 12 and then peak CD13/14 and it drops down really quick, so hopefully tonight or tomorow ill start to see that rise

amey44 · 16/07/2025 14:02

Guys I honestly don’t understand what is happening my tests went back up to 0.5 for the past two days so thought i’d have my peak today but it's literally gone back down to 0.2 I just feel like crying i’m so sick of ttc I feel like my body is failing:/ has anyone else had this and still got ur peak?

How do I even request bloods? Will the gp do it ?

ForGiddyDreamer · 16/07/2025 14:57

I had my bloods tracked at the closest early pregnancy unit to me (I'm in Ireland). Depending where you are, you could phone your closest one. Some GPs may offer that locally and you could ring your practice and see what they suggest too.

Forgot to tag you @Nightshift110 Let us know how you get on x

@Nightshift110I'm so sorry, you must be worried sick. This is the trouble when we keep taking these bloody pregnancy tests! At this point I'm not overly sure you will be able to get anything looked at from my personal experience. After I had my first miscarriage, I fell pregnant immediately after but my pregnancy tests weren't progressing over the next week and i just knew in my gut what was happening. I phoned the EPU and they wouldn't see me unless I was bleeding or in pain. Told me to take a pregnancy test again in a week. I did start to bleed later that week and that's when they saw me and took my bloods etc. But it would prob be worth phoning your local EPU? They might have a different procedure x sending love x

Does it look like the app has measured the line correctly? You can adjust the sliders if it’s done a bad job and get a more accurate result. Is it significantly paler?

Worried sick. I did ring the epu and they said that it sounds like a chemical pregnancy.
The lines were so strong last week though and I had pregnancy symptoms.
Guess I just have to wait and see now.
I'm fully expecting to start bleeding in the next day or so :(

It was a bit lighter and definitely not a peak the second pic is my CD 11 test so I know my body can create more of the hormone it’s just so frustrating

Oops I meant first pic is CD 11

FarAwayBird · 16/07/2025 18:45

Aw @Mummysparrow I’m honestly overjoyed for you! 💕

@Nightshift110 Hopefully it’s just crappy tests or a difference in hydration. Keeping everything crossed for you that it sticks! ❤️

Hey@Iris2024 I’m CD9, so not far behind you. Just trying to have a chilled-ish start to the month before my obsessing begins again.

I don’t think that’s an accurate reading by the app because the picture is dark. Click it and adjust the sliders for the proper ratio between them.
