@ForGiddyDreamer fingers crossed this is our cycle. On paper I have no reasons I can't get pregnant. Had my endometriosis removed in January and my c section scar defect fixed. Hormones are fine. I conceived the baby I lost in 3 cycles so this inability to conceive is new to me 😬

Well this has given me some hope as I definitely noticed today I seemed to have more than usual!!

But also probably just because I’m hyper focusing as implantation will not have happened yet 🤷‍♀️

When do you implant if you’re going to then? I didn’t realise I was pregnant last time as I thought I’d had a weird light period, which happened when my period was due. So when I did realise I was pregnant I decided that ‘period’ must have been implantation bleeding. But it seems like that’s far too far along in the cycle?

@overwork i think it’s normally about 8dpo, but can be anywhere between 6 and 12dpo, so the later end implantation could definitely be confused with AF, especially as it can go on for more than a day

Oooh. Much earlier than I thought - thanks! Good job I didn’t know I was pregnant then as I might have been a bit worried about the bleeding!

@overwork i know! When I conceived I was convinced I was out because I had spotting before AF arrived, that continued for a few days.

@am44ai have they gave me a very clear peak...

And quick question after your peak how do you know if you e ovulated the day after the peak or is it the day after that? Not entirely sure on the dpo i am now. I peaked on the 19th morning and then even darker in the evening but premom puts ovulation at the 20th but chatgpt says its more likely the 21st?

@FarAwayBird I am 5dpo too! Happy to hold off testing until next week with you but do have a hen do on Saturday and want to test Sat morning even though I know it's pointless..!

Temping can help you know when you ovulated but the only real way is by ultrasound! I had an ultrasound last cycle the afternoon the day after a LH surge, and I was surprised as I hadn’t ovulated yet, so much have been closer to two days after LH surge! They say it’s also the surge that prompts ovulation not the peak, so when it starts rapidly rising. With temping I usually have a LH surge, one day in between when I guess I ovulate then the next day a temp shift which confirms it - ultrasound cycle it was two days in between LH surge and temp shift which makes sense that ovulation took a bit longer x

I’m 6DPO now. Worried because I did some fairly vigorous exercise yesterday - so that plus the antihistamine makes me worrry I’m ruining my chances. I know these things probably only make a small difference but been trying for so long now I feel like I don’t want to do anything to jeopardise and I know these are things they say you shouldn’t do 😣

@FarAwayBird I was planning to hold off until Tuesday or Wednesday. My app says that AF is due Thursday.

@peanutForever difficult to say what day exactly unless you're temping or keeping note of other things like cm or if you feel ovulation pain. I don't temp (yet) but can tell from changes in cm

I’m 8dpo today, signs of AF coming would usually show today before actually starting tomorrow. Weird thing is (TMI sorry), I’ve had some cervical mucus that’s been tinged with pink yesterday which I’ve never had before and some cramping. Today it’s more a watery brown colour when wiping. Could be AF starting but it’s a different consistency to normal… used one of the premom test strips and there was nothing, but I guess I’ll know more tomorrow if AF does or doesn’t or show up 😅

CD14 today temp was up by 0.3° this morning haven't taken my opk yet we shall see but feel like I mat have already ovulated 😂

AC is also broken at work and it's going to be between 35-38° today so not very happy about this it's 10:00 and I'm already melting 😂

@FarAwayBird ooh, yes, we are all at a similar stage then- I'm 6DPO today. I don't think I'll hold off testing. I'll be testing at the weekend no doubt. The chemical last cycle has taught me nothing!

Morning ladies, hope we’re all okay?

I’m feeling feeling really under the weather. Had an over 2 hour nap yesterday when my little girl was in school and went more downhill last night. Was in bed early. Some twinges this morning. Think AF is coming. I’ll test on Friday when I’ll be 12DPO if AF not here. Not holding out much hope. Did a test 9DPO and negative 😩 Got work today and completing my level 3 hairdressing so that will keep me occupied. Just want it to be my turn now!

@ForGiddyDreameri used cough syrup so my cm was crazy and i dont temp ..i think i may be a later ovulater if i am honest!

which would make sense for previous cycles as it would have meant expecting sperm to live 5/6 days which is possible but unlikely!

8DPO today and haven’t had the usual PMS no sore boobs etc hoping this is a sign as I get them religiously every cycle !! Trying not to look into it to much might try testing Saturday or Sunday 🤞

I wasn’t planning on testing unless my period is late. Mainly because I’m tight and I’m not paying for tests I don’t need 🤣
I remember thinking last time I was pregnant, that I certainly couldn’t be (we weren’t trying) and I was livid having to spend £20 at the local Sainsbury’s for a 2 pack. In fact I’ve probably still got the second one, maybe I’ll use that!

I'm a couple of days behind you guys too. 3DPO today. It's our DD's Birthday next weekend when I'll be 13DPO, going to try to hold out testing until then.

I've had to take a hayfever tab today, not sure how much evidence there is that it affects implantation but I would have preferred to avoid!

11 DPO today and decided to test BFN. Now frustrated with myself for testing haha AF due in approx 4 days so think its looking unlikely for me this month!

11DPO too, spotting stopped again and temp has gone back up, not as high as usual but still up, BFN yesterday but not even sure why I tested at 10DPO.
My brain is totally fried this cycle!
