@am44a I concieved 3rd and then 1st try (both losses) using concieve+, so that one did no harm for me. I also concieved my son 1st try but I don't think we used anything then. Worth a try!

TTC our 2nd with PCOS. 1st little guy was conceived on my first cycle after having my implant removed. Obviously hoping to be this fortunate again but im being very impatient as a result. Tracking ovulation with clearblue tests (although not always reliable for PCOS - worked last time) and got flashing smiley yesterday and today. Lots of BD but it's just so so warm at the moment I don't really want to be touched :D

Try sunflower and sesame seeds. It’s known as ‘seed cycling’. I did it the cycle I conceived my first - could be coincidence but it was pretty easy to do just adding them to breakfast / salads

I’ve been mixing up using preseed some days and nothing on other days - hard to know what’s best

Oh really? I was going to buy some sperm friendly lube and that’s the one I used before. Have to admit we misplaced out lube this month and used olive oil a couple of times, so I probably killed them all!

I already do this ☺️ but it is great to hear that it worked!!

Hey ladies jusf wanted go ask if easy @ home tests are notoriously known for evaps? The test expires tomorrow so i dont really think i trust the line i see!

I think you can tell if it’s a slightly reflective shadow from where the line would go, to a line with actual colour. If it’s within the test window then I’d probably trust it!

The 3 months of prepping to conceive I started Ubiquinoa, high dose Vit D and Hugh dose Vit C and DH had Maca root as well.

The cycle we conceived we used conceive plus for extra help.

My bleeding has got to be AF, it's heavy now. That makes my last cycle 15 days which is frankly ridiculous. And why has it happened the same month I'm trying to have day 21 bloods done?! My periods returned a few months after my DD was born and have been regular for years. Even after my two MCs, I had 3 cycles that were 27 days and one that was 28 (when we weren't trying) and now I've started trying they've been 24, 24, 15. I know people say about stress but could it really be 'just' the stress of TTC? I don't have other stress in my life.

@hollyhocks2i thought stress would delay a period but it may be the vitamins you are taking could have an affect?

@Muddysocks1@hollyhocks2im really reluctant to post as line eyes are a real thing had it last month too 😭 also i took a one step and it was completely negative so surely both tests would/should come up with faint lines if it was real? Ignorance is bliss at this point x

@hollyhocks2 a 15 day cycle is quite odd. Was there not someone on here that believed their bleeding was too heavy to be implantation and was AF and they were pregnant? I'm not trying to give you false hope but it's odd when you've never had a cycle that length. Perhaps it is whatever vits you've been taken but maybe test too in a few days time.

Hey all, AF hasn't arrived, and tests still negative, so I think that confirms it was a chemical. I'm a bit confused now what that means for my cycle though? I've read that the bleeding from chemical counts as your next period, but I never really got anything other than brown spotting, and that started 8 DPO and ended yesterday at 12 DPO, so that means I'm on cycle day 4 of my next cycle already? 🤔 Any advice on usual pattern after chemical would be appreciated as we need to make sure my other half is around when 'needed' 😆 I'm going to track my LH anyway, but don't know how out of whack ovulation normally gets after?

@DorsetGirl89did you bleed enough to call it a period? When are you due your actual AF as you coukd have had bleeding from failed implantation as well i guess...and track OPKs i can just say

@peanutForever No definitely not enough to call it a period, it was mainly just brown CM. AF was due yesterday and there's not a peep from her, so I don't know if I'm still waiting for AF or now I'm waiting for OV? 🤔 I'll just start tracking my LH from now I guess and see what happens?

I am 39 and we started TTC this week for baby no.3 and that's a present thought every waking minute. Maybe my body will slow down and won't happen.

I was super lucky to have DS1 at 34 and DS2 at 37 but at 39 not sure what the outcome will be but being hopeful.

Another cycle would come after a proper bleed. If you have had enough days for the lining of the uterus to grow and thicken then that would be shed signifying the start of a new cycle.

When I had my chemical my cycle was an eztra 7days long wnd then Inhwd the worst period ever pwin and blood loss and clots etc.

Still no sign of af so done another clear blue and it’s bfn honestly just ruins my mood so much especially when i’ve spent sm on tests just for them to be negative:( So ready to just move onto the next cycle now ugh

Hey @MixedBananashope you don't have to wait long for baby number 3! How long did it take for your first 2? I was 36 when I concieved my baby boy. Now I've just turned 38 and we're on cycle 8 of ttc. Ovulated yesterday. Had 2 mc in this time also xx

Hey @DorsetGirl89so sorry for this chemical 😒 so yes the day of first bleed is CD1. However if you haven't had a proper bleed I'm not sure. If it was me I would mark in your calendar the first day of your spotting as CD1. Maybe just track with cheap opks daily so you don't miss ovulation. You may get a proper bleed yet? When I had my chemical I ovulated a day or 2 earlier than usual x sending love x

@peanutForever🥺 how many dpo are you? I just don't know why this pregnancy tests are not accurate. It blows my mind how bad they can be x

@DorsetGirl89 just endorsing the advice you have been given above. Keep a note of the spotting. With my chemical in March, the bleeding came about 5 days after my vvvfl. That chemical followed a mc I had in Feb so I hadn't been tracking for ovulation. After 2 losses back to back, my cycle was out of whack. The cycle with the chemical was 35 days, next cycle we didn't try to allow me to settle and it was 31 days. I'm now settled into a 27 day cycle. My periods have been very painful since but last month was not so bad. So my advice is to keep a note of how it progresses, if the bleeding gets no heavier the next few days and you still aren't testing positive, make an appointment with your doctor.

I think the advice that you're more fertile following a loss wrongfully builds up expectations. I'm sure that my chemical in March was because I hadn't given my body time to heal after the mc.
