Start taking your pregnancy vitamins or at least folic acid. Cut back on alcohol and get used to less caffeine. Hope you're pregnant in no time!

Folic acid & vitamin D vitamins! Stop smoking if you do, add more nutrients to your diet if needed, track ovulation so you have a rough idea of what cycle day you ovulate. Good luck! ☺️

I’m sure they say something about 3 months prior to conception being a relatively important time in terms of your diet, health etc, so you can focus on eating lots of nutritious food. Good luck!

I would concentrate on a healthier diet, maybe increasing some protein and decreasing sugar but not making huge changes just more mindful ones, Staying active, taking your previtamins. But I do want to say dont make majorly huge changes to your day to day life so no fad dieting, or really low calories intake, no huge or quick weight loss. All these things can put a lot of stress on a females body which can effect fertility if done so close to ttc. But in saying all of that, if your going to fall pregnant then it will just happen no matter what your weight is, what your eating or whether your drinking and so forth. Its just good to be mindful of what your doing so you start off on the right foot for when you body created a little life. Good luck on your ttc journey, hopefully you fall pregnant quite quickly and all goes smoothly.

Just mentally preparing for it maybe taking a bit longer than you might think, even with ovulation tracking etc. I found it slightly unbelievable that having spent my entire fertile life trying not to get pregnant, when I finally wanted to it took 6 months per child!🙄 Good luck!

Make sure he is doing similar, I remember (way back when!) reading about sperm quality being affected by diet/lifestyle. Good luck!

Sperm takes three months to develop so it’s important your partner is starting to prioritise his health as well. And I’ve learnt that means not exposing the testicles to high heat even once a week, or it can fracture the DNA!

Look up home health ovulation tests on Amazon they are really helpful. Home health pregnancy tests are about 20p each and are the ones used in the NHS. They are less fancy but do the job.

I've been struggling with this! My friend and cousin got pregnant immediately so I was thinking it'd be the same for me so that first month I was convinced I was, but when AF came it was hard. Now I'm just trying to put it out of my mind but harder than expected 😅

I feel the same- been waiting soooo long to start trying I don’t know how I will cope if it doesn’t happen straight away. I know it will take time but… argh!! 🩷
