Advice on how to conceive after miscarriage

I had a missed miscarriage in March after concieving our first try. Doctors said it was just unlucky and that we could start again straight away but we haven’t been successful our last 2 cycles. My cycles regulated straight away and I have been tracking BBT, LH and cervical mucus. Does anyone have any tips or advice or has anyone else been in a similar situation? I am 27 years old and have no medical history.

Sorry about the miscarriage 💐 I know this isn’t what you’ll want to hear but there isn’t really anything to do. You’re young and you know that you have the ability to conceive (that in itself is no small thing). The best thing to do now is just to try to relax as stress can impact fertility.

If you really need to do something (I’ve been there so I know the feeling) then focus on your general health and your diet. Can’t hurt, might help 🙂

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage 😔
I believe part of it is “luck”, there’s only about 25% chance a month if there’s no known issues, so it may well happen soon. There’s lots of things you could test and try, but seems fairly early days (even though it doesn’t feel it).

Sorry you’re going through this 💐 I have been there. For some reason I only ever conceived every 3 months (2 losses and then a successful pregnancy). As others have said, focus on both yours and your partner’s health and wellbeing. Lots of vegetables not much alcohol etc. Vitamins for both of you if you want to. It’s not just you producing the baby so his health is important too. Good luck! Hope it happens quickly
