Hi, The isn't a question but a don't give up post!
I'm 38 and I've just had my first 2x rainbow baby.
I've been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and deeply infiltrating endometriosis. I had surgery where they removed my left fallopian tube. My endometriosis was crazy then- I had a frozen pelvic, 2 large cysts in my left ovary, all over my intestines- to the point I might have needed a bag to help fix it, left ovary and tube stuck to my womb, right ovary had scar tissues, endo all over my bladder and starting to affect my kidneys. Thankfully surgery helped alot. I also prepared alot beforehand to help reduce endometriosis which helped alot. But that's another post!
After my surgery I decided to go on the mini pill (I wasn't trying to have kids but wanted everything to stay clear)
I got married at age 36, we started to try right away. I took a cocktail of supplements that helped me. Unfortunately I had a cp and a mmc before I had my baby. But now I have a beautiful 7 week old baby boy sleeping next to me. My pregnancy wasn't easy but my labour was.
One thing that helped me throughout all this was my attitude- I never thought that I wouldn't have kids or I couldn't fall pregnant. I remained hopeful throughout.

There is hope, just keep believing and helping yourself by trying different things.

Pray everyone will get their happy ending 🙏

to add onto OP's post...

i wasn't diagnosed with endo until AFTER i had my child despite me constantly at the GP with a worrying list of symptoms which were all a match for endometriosis and adenomyosis. I went through 4-5 years of "unexplained" infertility as none of the medical staff i saw bothered thinking it may be endo.

a couple of years later i was finally diagnosed with Stage 4 Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis after ultrasounds showed multiple endometriomas on my ovarys, then an MRI showing extensive endo across my whole pelvic cavity and the organs there. I've now had my first 'surgery' which they could only remove a 12cm cyst as the rest needs to be completed at a different hospital via open surgery rather than keyhole sadly.

but i have to say for anyone TTC with potential symptoms of endo, push push push for the referrals. Don't let them fob you off with ultrasounds or MRIs being "clear" as some endo can be diagnosed that way (like mine) but not all endo shows up on an MRI. My TTC journey was 4.5 years because i didn't realise what i was going through wasn't normal for so long after being gaslit for many years.

and the one 'silver living' to endo when it came to pregnancy/labour was i was super prepared for the pain and in the end, it was similar to my flare ups whereas going by people online saying "period pains x1000" i was BRICKING it. thankfully, my pain level is so high usually (lol) that it didn't feel much different...

I agree with labour pains, it was painful but years of pain got me through it, I didn't take no painkillers although at one point I wanted the epidural as docs and midwife said I was only half way there, turned out I was literally at the pushing stage then. I did request paracetamol then but they said was too late. I didn't take anything after either. I got lucky I think x
