First time Mira user here..

So been tracking on Mira since CD5, I also track my BBT and use cheapie LH strips.
I'm trying to understand if I am actually ovulating now as I am reading so much about E3G levels and mine are apparently low according to the general numbers. I am currently CD9 and had some small cramping yesterday and today and have lower back pain today also.
Also my BBT raised yesterday and today probably the highest I've ever caught it.
If anyone could help interpret my chart that would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi! Fellow Mira user here. Let me start by saying that I am no expert. But, based on my using of Mira, I found that my ovulation came with significant spikes in E3G and LH and that those levels were often in the 300-500 range for E3G and 35-50 range for LH, and this coincided with positive OPK tests. Based on this, your numbers seem much lower--but of course we are different. At one point mine were lower and it turns out I had a thyroid issue which has since improved.

Again, I am no expert so either you have not ovulated yet? Or a sign to get your hormones tested?

Wishing you all the best!

@TryingToNotTry thank you for your reply. I've attached today's LH strip tests which are much higher than I usually get in darkness. Plus I've had a blood test a few months back which confirmed ovulation then, I know that doesn't mean I've ovulated every cycle but it means I think I can ovulate at least. Just so many conflicting articles online. My LH is rising which is good but then I read that E3G is more for cervical mucus and not so much egg related. I do have an appointment at a NHS fertility clinic in February but I do not qualify for treatment so I'm also wondering will they give me medication if my hormones are off or is this considered fertility treatment? It's so complicated, I remember being in school they literally were like don't have sex or you'll get pregnant like it was guaranteed
