@nicolenorris im CD15 so ovulation will be around CD17 - a couple of days earlier than last month!

Hi all I’m very new to this!🥰
I was hoping I could get some advice on vitamins etc to help conceive? I have used seven seas trying for a baby in the past but had no luck.
1 previous miscarriage last year, hoping to conceive soon just wanted some advice and tips if you girls have any🥰

Hiya! I'm currently taking Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Red Maca Root, and Omega 3. And my partner is currently taking Wellman conception & Omega 3. We actually conceived first cycle not sure if it helped or not with that- but I unfortunately had an early miscarriage at 4 weeks & 2 days 😔

So sorry to hear that! 😓I've heard Maca root is supposed to be amazing for fertility! I've read so many conflicting things on NHS website and forums about not taking things like vitamin d etc! So confusing !!
Have you ever used a TTC vitamin for yourself?

im just taking folic acid and vitamin D - I did look into some branded pregnancy TTC vitamins a few weeks ago but I’ve also read they can change your cycle etc so decided against it x

@Em3009 I'm doing good thank you. Been keeping busy this week. Kids schools been closed pretty much all week due to snow and ice. Currently CD6 so will start opks tomorrow. Got my first positive on CD12 last cycle. Hope your doing ok x

@Noelle020 I have heard the opposite, that Vitamin D is one of the most important things to take! As Vit D deficiency can reduce fertility and I live in the UK so definitely need it 😂

If I believe I have the symptoms for an under active thyroid would that affect conceiving?

Yesterday and today I got my solid smileys, so Ovulation day tomorrow (I'm CD13 today) now for the long painful TWW 😊

I got a solid circle this morning at CD14. Let the count down to testing begin 🤞👣 I think I will start testing at 9DPO x

Good morning ladies, I'm currently 8dpo.
My LH levels have been about 0.20 for the past few days and this morning I did an ovulation test at 7:45 which was 0.19 and then I did another for (scientific) purposes at 9:15😂 and it was 0.62.... but still negative tests. Has this happened to anyone else

@Aandk64 i think I’m gonna try hold out until AF is due this month however I doubt I’ll be able to 🤣

@Katielouise111 i haven’t had it happen but I’ve read so many different things about LH when pregnant etc! Hopefully your BFP is on its way 🤞 x

Hello! With did pregnancy I tested for the first time 8 or 10 dpo and was complete negative, two days later I tested again (10 or 12 dpo) and I did both a pregnancy and a LH test and these were the results (the line in the pregnancy test was suuuper faint but it was there):

i think I’m going to give up with tracking temperature - I’m awake all different times for work so it’s impossible to do it at the same time everyday so it’s not accurate at all 🤦‍♀️ x
