Large Fibroids & TTC - advice

This year I had 2 chemical pregnancies and then a MMC at 8 weeks. When I had the ultrasound I found out I had lots of fibroids, including 3 large subserosal fibroids and some small ones inside.
I'm now on a wait list to see recurrent loss, but I am feeling a bit lost about the fibroids. They don't cause any heavy periods or bleeding, but I do sometimes get leg pain at different times of the month.
Feeling a bit lost - should I be speaking to my GP to get a referral for the fibroids?
Has anyone else had this problem and where did you go for help with the fibroids?
I asked EPU whether the consultant will discuss the fibroids and they couldn't really say, but they did say it won't be their main focus.

Hi I just came across this. I have a few large fibroids (one 10cm by 9cm). You need a referral to gynaecology and they will talk you though your options. You can get them removed but if you're ttc they are reluctant, but there are options to shrink them. Just for a bit of hope I had 2 children with them in place and in now looking to get a hysterectomy to get rid of them x

@PqSparrow

If the fibroids are subserosal they are far less likely to impact fertility. Can you remember the size?

And were any intramural or submucosal? They will often suggest removal of the latter hysteroscopically. Intramural should also potentially be removed if they are very large or compressing the uterine cavity.

Thanks @Orangetoecat for giving me some hope. I've finally got an appointment with the gynae consultant next week so will be discussing their impact on TTC, although the appointment is to discuss recurrent miscarriage and not the fibroids specifically. I'd prefer to have kids before doing anything about them if it's safe to do so.
@sirensong the report said they were subserosal and 5cm, 4.5cm and 3cm. It did say there were some smaller fibroids that weren't measured but it also didn't mention their location. I am hoping the consultant will be able to give me my options, just worried as there are a few.

Hi @PqSparrow Just wondering if you have had any success in the past few months and what option you went for?
I have had two chemical pregnancies and have just been diagnosed with a moderately large fibroid (7cm) and I'm doing some research and looking for some hope!
I hope you've had success TTC since your post x

@TheNavyFatball I'm also in a similar situation, have you had any progress since your post?
