Prenatal Vitamins

I'm currently taking vitamins (Pregnacare) as I'm getting my body ready for my last baby. We are going to start trying in the new year but I wanted a few months of taking vitamins first.

I'm taking Pregnacare Original but I'm noticing I'm constantly having headaches and I'm wondering whether that's a side effect or maybe I'm taking the wrong kind of vitamins

Any advice would be great. Thank you

If you search on here you should find lots of other relevant answers too but my personal experience of pregnacare wasn't good. I found it disrupted my cycles and I felt off.

I've been taking procieve now and haven't had the same issues (but I'm also not pregnant!). Folic acid is the really important one and there's some research to show vitamin D may help prevent miscarriage

I have seen it a lot here about Pregnacare making users nauseous etc. lid I was pregnant now I would take Proceive.

With number 1 and now number 2 I've had to switch to the liquid Pregnecare, which I only ever take on a full stomach, as everything else I've tried makes me feel Confused x
