Chemical?

Hi all! So I should be 14dpo today. I got a bfp at 11dpo and I was expecting my positive to be much stronger today and unfortunately isn't. Am I right in thinking this is a chemical pregnancy? I've been having some symptoms although the sore boobs has stopped. Digitals are still positive. I've had a lot of stress over the last few days - wedding in a couple of days and a poorly toddler. Thank you in advance. First photo is 11dpo, second is 12dpo and third was just now. I have also had miscarriages in the past. xx

Were all tests done with first wee of the day? I would test again in a couple of days OP and it should be clearer what is happening by then. Good luck x

The first two were but today's wasn't. I think I naively assumed they would be super dark today no matter the time of day. Thank you, I'll test again Saturday morning Smile fingers crossed! X

Fingers crossed it all goes OK, it does still seem like early days still for you and great to see those positive lines! I am currently going through a chemical and was having faint lines at 17 and 18 DPO. If I could go back in time I would just test every 2nd day in the morning, as I just added so much stress and then complicated it by different test types and different times of the day which sort of gave me a false hope. Sending you lots of good wishes for a successful pregnancy and sorry to hear about your losses in the past, I've been there too.

Thank you for sharing! It's such an anxious time isn't it. I didn't think that I'd still be dithering after getting a positive. This is all new to me - before I had my miscarriage my tests were always strong. I'm so sorry you're going through what you're going through, lots of love to you :( Thanks for the advice, I'll try keep relaxed on the testing. I'm running out of pennies for continuing with boxes of clear blue so I guess that helps. I'm hoping to switch my mind of it and letting be what will be, although easier said than done! I'm getting married on Saturday and then we're going away next week so hopefully I'll be more relaxed and distracted. I just wish if it was going to end up being chemical that I'm not stuck in false hope for a long time. I'm sorry for your losses, there's no heartbreak like it. Sending you lots of baby dust for your journey xxx

Congratulations on your wedding, enjoy!! I was the same, my previous miscarriages (and successful pregnancies as I have 2 kids) were a strong line and with the MCs it wasn't until a scan I knew something was wrong. I discovered a whole new world of mumsnet threads last week about line progression! It's really hard going. For me this time I'm relieved it's over early as i had to have a D&C at 10 weeks last time. I'm really hopeful for you for a brilliant wedding and break away and then a nice strong positive to welcome you back! Wishing you all the best, fingers crossed for a dry day!
