Advice needed (TTC)

Hi!!
so I really new to all of this so looking for some advice! I started my ttc journey a few weeks ago. I came off my birth control on the 9th September which was followed by my ‘period’ which I know is just a pill bleed that i got every time I had my 7 day break window from taking my pill. Anyway.. I was feeling fine until this week so 3 weeks post pill. I’ve been having cramps backaches headaches dizziness and feeling abit sicky but comes in waves. I’m tired all the time and yesterday noticed I had egg white cm which I have never ever had before so I had to find out what this was. I’ve been tracking my LH now for weeks and have never gone above 0.59 which was a one off looking at my other results. I have done a few pregnancy tests this week that are negative as I just feel very odd and never had any of the symptoms I just explained before. I’m unable to fill in information about my period on premom as I don’t have any idea as to when it’ll come as I’ve took my pill for 7 years now and from what I remember I was super irregular before anyway. So because of this it’s hard to have help for ovulation etc. Any advice would be appreciated :)

I was on the pill for years before my first child so understand how it’s hard to know what’s going on with your body!
I wouldn’t rely too heavily on the Premom test thingys - I never got a peak and my numbers were all over the place but I got pregnant. Going by those tests I thought I would never ovulate!
You could keep using them to see if you do notice any change as they may work for you, but don’t be disheartened by them as I don’t think they’re very reliable.
If you do notice them getting darker etc then it’s a good idea to take note of how your body feels. You may feel twinges when you ovulate or EWCM etc etc. Then you’ll know by both your body telling you, and maybe the Premom tests, that you could be ovulating.
This first month is tricky as you don’t know when you’ll have a proper period, but once you do and it’s finished I think the most effective way to TTC is to just DTD every couple of days for a couple of weeks or until your next period! Then you know you’ll have at least given yourself a chance even if you don’t know exactly when you ovulate.
I’ve just come back off the pill again so also waiting for my first proper period.

Thanks so much for your help. I’m glad that these lh tests don’t just drive me mad!🤣 it definitely feels disheartening but I also need to remember I’m soooo early days in my journey! Best of luck to you :)

Honestly I’d just leave the tests for now and have regular sex throughout your cycle. It will likely take a while for your periods/ovulation to regulate. The symptoms are probably just your body getting back to its natural cycle. It’s fairly unlikely you would have ovulated and implanted within 3 weeks.
