1dpo, anyone else?

Back at the start of another TWW… anyone else at the same point and fancy being TWW buddies?
We have tried the SMEP method and conceive plus lubricant this month, time will tell if they have made a difference!🤞🏼

Thank you! Today is cycle 22 which even with my long cycles is unusual so I think you’re right and it was potentially in the night! Such a minefield isn’t it!

I’d be Interested to know what SMEP is?
I’m taking Proceive supplements, omega 3, and co-q10.
Also beetroot juice daily (it’s grim 😂) but it has heath benefits to apparently promote blood flow to the uterus so could help with implantation.

@LuxyLocket just learnt this yesterday two kids later 😄 that it means when Sex meets egg, it's like a pattern for when to DTD the deed. For example doing it every other day from like cycle 8 or 10, tracking ovulation etc. But I'm sure someone more seasoned than me can explain it better 🙈.

@LuxyLocket SMEP is the sperm meets egg plan, basically dtd every other day from 8dpo ish then every day for 3 days from the day of positive OPK, have a day off then once more. I’ve never done it until this month but heard good things so I’ll report back on that one😂

I had awful stitch like feelings in both sides all of last night but this morning I feel back to my normal self thank god😇

I’ve had a few twinges and cramps. On and off. Yesterday a very sharp pain on the left side while I was in Card factory lol also some increased cm like milky white (sorry tmi) but maybe I get that every cycle and I’ve just not noticed it before as havnt been looking for it.
we’ll see what this week brings.

There is nothing worse than this 2 weeks and you feel EVERYTHING!! I weirdly think I am out this month as I am still not 100% sure I ovulated. I usually also have a lot of "ovary pains" and seeminly fine!! but you never know hey! trying to be optimistic!!

@Ldougal92 exactly this! Every month I convince myself I’ve felt something that’s a ‘sign’ but I guarantee it’s happened before and I’ve just not paid any attention to it!🤦🏻‍♀️
Hopefully you did ovulate and it was just a peaceful ovulation🥰

6dpo today, this is when I start going crazy with symptom spotting 🙈
I really wish I could hold out until at least 12dpo but the crazy in me will try and start at 8dpo.
When is everyone else planning on testing?

@Kiwiburgh 4dpo today…. I will definitely be in the crazy testing at 8dpo club!😂 I wish I wasn’t like this, but I am!🤦🏻‍♀️

Yep think I'll likely start at 8dpo too.

I always pretend I’ll wait until 12 dpo and then off I go at 8 days 😂😂😂😂 I saw a line 9po with my son so always have that as reference!!

I’m 6dpo today. A week tomorrow! Half way through the dreaded tww! Depending on if I have any other little signs or indicators I’m going to maybe test this weekend as I’ll be about 12dpo by then.

I’m only 2dpo and it’s all I can think about, especially with it being my first letrozole cycle it is on my mind 24/7😩

Hey everyone, I hope it's okay to join. I'm also 5DPO today of cycle 1 TTC. This feels like the longest month ever 🤣

Hi ladies, I'm around 2 DPO (didn't do any OPKs though) cycle 1 ttc #1! Going away in a few days so hoping it distracts me from symptom spotting and testing early!

I’m exactly the same! Trying not the symptom spot and not over think the little niggles and such!

@LuxyLocket me too! It’s so hard though isn’t it, our brains overthink everything in the tww! 😫

3dpo today.
I'm usually ok until I know it could have implanted so 6/7 dpo.
I always feel tweaks and twinges, get inexplicably nauseous and all sorts of things so I think nothing if it until then... Usually.
Also being busy with a toddler and a rebellious teen is a good distraction.

7DPO today and I've already tested 😂😂😂 can't help myself! I just have to scratch that itch 🙈 I've had a few shooting pains over the last couple of days and some gentle crampy pains today too which have now gone so hoping that's a sign. Cm normally goes sticky around now but it's still thin and lotiony so maybe that's a good sign but I'm not holding my breath. Af is due on Sunday so the final stretch has begun! Good luck everyone! Xx
