Totally clueless... is there a way to see a private consultant to talk about early pregnancy following loss?

Hi all,
Sadly I had a missed miscarriage in April and my cycle is finally starting to work itself out so we are desperate to try again.
I so want to be able to get advice on if there is anything I need to take to get a better outcome. I see baby asprin advice everywhere and mentions of progesterone but the consultant who saw me during my surgical miscarriage did not say there was anything we needed to do different next time.
I have heard that GPs do not know much about this topic esp baby asprin.
Is there a way I can see someone privately in London or surrounding areas? Totally clueless as to who to ask for advice
Thanks so much

I do think the consultant you saw was right, and having 1 MC doesn't increase your chances of having another one. NHS can prescribe progesterone if you have bleeding in pregnancy and have had a MC before. I'm sure a private clinic would see you, but most would focus on people who've had recurrent miscarriage. Honestly I've had 1 MC and I'm now 29 weeks pregnant - I didn't do anything differently. The majority of miscarriages are caused by a chromosome issue with the embryo, nothing can be done about this. If I were you, I wouldn't put yourself through unnecessary testing because of 1 MC.
